How many guests can Foxton Lodge & Foxton Barn accommodate?
Foxton Lodge 6 guests / Foxton Barn 2 guests.
Are the properties pet friendly?
Foxton Lodge allows a maximum of 2 pets however Foxton Barn does not allow pets.
Foxton Lodge welcomes responsible pet owners. Guests are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of your pet at all times. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds and must not be left on their own within the accommodation or garden areas.
What amenities are included in my stay?
Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toilet roll, electricity, Heating, free parking, and a welcome pack.
Is smoking permitted at the property?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may smoke in the garden, but please dispose of waste responsibly.
What kitchen appliances are available for guest use?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric oven, induction hob (Barn) Gas hob (Lodge), microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Are there any leisure facilities available?
Yes, there is a shared games room with pool table, electronic darts board, and table tennis. There is a cardio gym with a professional Life Fitness running machine, Cross trainer & rowing machine. There is also a Smart TV in every bedroom.
Guests using these facilities must be aged 16 and over.
Can I park at the property?
There is secured & private parking for guests directly outside both properties.
Are there any local attractions nearby?
Yes, both properties are close to scenic trails, Leeds Castle, Maidstone’s historic architecture, and the Kent Life Heritage Farm Park. Please see:- https://www.visitkent.co.uk/whats-on/
How do I access the Wi-Fi?
The Wi-Fi code for the Lodge is 0001 and for the Barn it is 0001.
What should I do in case of a power failure?
In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will automatically activate. If there is a fire, evacuate immediately and call 999. There is emergency lighting within the building for our clients safety.
What happens if there are breakages during my stay?
Please report any breakages or damages to the caretaker as soon as possible for prompt repairs.
Are there any local shops or supermarkets nearby?
Yes, there is a small Co-op supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, and larger supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are located in Maidstone.
What cleaning arrangements should I be aware of?
We ask that our guests leave the property clean & tidy upon departure. Any rubbish should be bagged & placed in the exterior bins provided and any cutlery used during your stay be cleaned and stored as found.
Are there any restrictions on using the shared facilities?
Yes, the games room and gym should not be used after 9:00pm, and all equipment must be turned off when leaving these areas.
